Initially embarking on a career far removed from the world of entertainment, Sam received her first big break as a singer-songwriter in 2013. Sam has also found considerable success performing on the theatre stage. In 2016, she was chosen to star in the well-known musical Chicago, playing the role of Mamma Morton. In addition, she has also performed as Betty Simpson, a character in the musical Fat Friends. Sam has also starred in the tour of another popular musical, Vampires Rock and most recently, Sam played the iconic role of Mrs. Potts in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.
